Our Solution: Strategic Management and a Reimagined Listing

Following a brief conversation with the owner, the Great Villas team reviewed the property with a simple question: where can we infuse love in this home?  We presented our concept and an estimate for a master lease, signed it on March 1, and the rest is history. Fifteen days and $15,000 later, the property was refurnished, redecorated, and completely redesigned.

More significantly, it was ready to be rented. The property was rented in the last couple of weeks of March and earned 90% of our target monthly lease rate. The following month, the property gained more than 200% of the monthly lease, and over time, we began to realize the return on investment after six months, with an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of an astounding 194%.
