Great Villas is your Turnkey partner; we do it all. Marketing, customer service, property management and maintenance. We prepare and curate our properties as needed then expertly market and price your property to maximize revenue. We’re exceptional at this. We manage the cleaning and take all phone calls and inquiries from guests. We filter/vet guests as well, to ensure our client properties are treated with respect. Our monthly property-owner account reporting is excellent and detailed. Simply put: we take on all the work, and you earn more. Want less than full-service management? Just ask!
Platforms such as Airbnb, Expedia, HomeAway, VRBO, Booking.com, and others make it possible to put a furnished home or a part thereof up for rent for a short period. This type of rental is ideal for vacation rentals and the rental income can be significantly higher than conventional long-term rentals.
Great Villas is only paid when you make money. We charge a percentage of the nightly rental rate. Our ability to maximize revenue means you likely earn more than doing it yourself, even with our fees.
Our properties are rented fully furnished and ready to enjoy. If your home isn’t furnished or falls short in some way we can handle it, from design to finish-item purchasing, to international shipping, freight-forwarding and set up services.

Our guests come from all cities, countries and walks of life. We market for guests through many of the online sources and all guests have a vetted profile. We go much further, implementing a sophisticated vetting process that includes directly contacting guests to ensure they are unlikely to cause issues. Our process works.
Only furniture and furnishings; we do the rest. We can source anything you need if and when it comes up.
Not if you don’t want to. Great Villas is a turnkey partner; we literally do it all for most of our clients. They simply receive revenue and reporting, and use their property when desired.
Property damage is rare, and if it happens, we process the adjustment/payment from guests directly for you. We then make repairs or replacements if needed.
The most important steps we take are through our exceptional guest vetting process. Great Villas is very good at avoiding parties and rowdy groups. And we thoroughly check properties after guest stays. Bad weather? We can also manage pre-storm preparations.

We can ensure the guests have everything they need and more.

Setting aside dates is easy! Just log in to your custom Owner Portal, choose the dates you want and set them aside for yourself.
We provide a full, detailed accounting every month by email and in your Owner Portal. Payment is also made monthly by direct bank transfer.
